 DELIVERY/PICKUP POLICIES:

• Pickup at our kitchen facility located in Oakland Park, FL  is available to our customers for FREE
• For pickup, simply select "Pickup" in the shipping drop down menu
• Once your order is placed, please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and an additional 1-2 business days for UPS delivery
• Your UPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. If you do not enter a correct email address or with any email address then you will not receive tracking information once your order has shipped
• It is your responsibility to receive your package once it has been delivered to you (ideally right away or within the same hour since the items are perishable and need to be refrigerated or frozen as soon as possible)
• Your order may arrive slightly warm due to shipping transit times, they are still safe to consume as long as safe handling, storage and cooking instructions detailed on the "Important Product Information" page is followed
