Shipping & Delivery

All items are shipped frozen with dry ice. All orders will be shipped within 7 days of the order being placed.

-How much does shipping cost?

We charge $14.99 for local delivery within Broward and Dade Counties. For any orders being shipped outside of our delivery radius, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Note we have a $150 minimum order requirement which enables us to ship more products together and further reduce our carbon footprint.

 

-Where do you ship to?

We ship to the lower 48 U.S. states.

 

 

-How long will my order take?

For local orders, deliveries will be made between 7-10 days after it is placed. Orders outside of South Florida will be received between 10-15 days after it is placed. You can find tracking information on your Shipping Confirmation email. If you will not be able to receive your order on a specific date, then please reach out to us at greenhauskitchen@gmail.com prior to placing your order.

 

-Are all items shipped frozen?

Yes, all items are shipped frozen with frozen ice packs.

-Can I make changes or cancel my order after it was placed?

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed by emailing greenhauskitchen@gmail.com. Please include your order number so that we may assist you. We cannot guarantee any changes will be accommodated beyond the 12 hour window.

 

-Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns. If you are at all dissatisfied with your order or experience, then please contact us at greenhauskitchen@gmail.com so that we can assist you.
