HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOU GUYS TO SHIP OUT MY ORDER?

Since our proteins are small batch and hand crafted to order ensuring our customers receive the freshest proteins possible; when placing an order with us it can take anywhere between 5-7 business days before it is shipped out to you, most times it takes less.

Either way, you will receive an email from us once your order is in transit and when it is out for delivery so that you know when to expect it.

HOW LONG DO YOUR PRODUCTS KEEP AFTER PURCHASING AND HOW DO I STORE THEM?

HOW DO I REHEAT MY PROTEINS?

All of our products are pre-cooked and ready to eat right out of the bag. For best results, we suggest portioning out your protein, seasoning/marinating and re-heating the products to your specific recipe needs and desires.

All of our products can be re-heated via air-fryer, sauted, baked, stewed, deep fried, boiled, or cooked in an instant pot. 

DO YOU HAVE ANY RECIPE SUGGESTIONS?

Yes, we have a free "Weekday Recipe Guide" available for download as well as our "Weekly Meal Plan Blog Post" for additional recipes and shopping lists. 

DO YOU ACCEPT EBT CARDS?

We are unable to accept EBT at this time.

IS THERE ANYWHERE ELSE AROUND TOWN I CAN GET YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes, you can! We are available in many local and non local restaurants, meal prep companies, as well as catering menus. We update our Where to Find us page often with new and exciting chef partnerships. Please check out our "Where to Find Us!?" page.

We currently offer Nation Wide shipping all across the U.S. !

DO YOU HAVE NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION AVAILABLE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

Nutritional Facts Labels for each product is available on the product page.

 ARE ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN or SOY-FREE? 

All of our products are soy free, although most do contain organic vital wheat gluten as a binder.

We do currently offer one product that is completely soy and gluten free and is a superfood tofu alternative called "Adashah Vegan Protein" which is chickpea based and contains only 5 ingredients 1 of them being turmeric.

THE SHIPPING BASICS

  • UPS GROUND SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR FLORIDA RESIDENTS ONLY! Since our products are perishable, we strongly recommend Next Day Air Shipping for all other orders outside of the state of Florida.
  • Orders will ship within 7 of purchase. And you will receive an email with your UPS tracking information once your package is in transit and out for delivery. The only carrier we use currently is UPS
  • No substitutions are allowed, and we cannot add to or modify your order once it has been placed.
  • Green Haus Foods cannot ship food products to a PO or APO Box. 
  • Shipping insulation & ice packs are included in the shipping and handling cost.
  • Products are perishable and must be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival.
  • Your tracking number will be emailed the day your order ships.
  • Green Haus Foods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or orders placed with an incorrect address. 

THE FINER PRINT

  • Once your order has reached the production phase, we cannot cancel or refund your order.
  • We do not accept returns, though we will refund if there are quality issues with the product upon receipt (such as packaging damage or temperature control issues).
  • Shipping cannot be expedited.
  • If you would like to know the whereabouts of your package once it ships, please contact UPS with your tracking number. If your package arrives late and is perished, you must file a claim on your own behalf through UPS.
  • If your order is delayed, we will not be able to provide a replacement until you receive it and communicate with us regarding the condition of the products upon arrival.
  • We do not require a signature for delivery.
  • Is this a gift? PLEASE TELL THE RECIPIENT TO EXPECT IT as our products are perishable! If your recipient refuses the delivery, is not available to accept the delivery or does not answer the door it will be returned to us by UPS and no longer consumable. You will need to place and pay for a new order if this occurs.
